Nicky & Frank welcome you to Apartment 12. We thank you for taking the time to have a look at our lovely holiday accommodation.

From our location it is a relaxing walk to supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, theatre, local museums, shops and hotels.
The Apartment is a 10 minute drive to Tahunanui Beach and a 25 minute drive to fabulous Rabbit Island which is situated off the Appleby Highway. (Highway 60)
Set within a secure gated complex this apartment is a warm and secure haven for you whilst you visit our region. A double locked garage offers extra security for your vehicle/s
There are 2 bedrooms each with their own en suites. Both have a shower with a shower dome & heated towel rails.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, lovely cool cotton linen, needed for our hot summers, a 32in. Plasma TV and glass doors which open onto the outside patio area. The patio area has outdoor furniture for you to relax on .
The second bedroom upstairs offers the option of a king bed or twin beds. If you require the twin option this must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cooking whilst staying in Apartment 12 will be no problem. Double dish drawer, waste master, microwave, full oven, all that you need is here.
T stick for internet provided. ( Conditions apply... please inquire if you require the internet.)
The complex has a swimming pool, tennis court ( tennis racquets & balls provided ) & a gym all for you to use.
Also visit other Nelson accommodation at the Boutique Motel - just 10 minutes from Nelson and Richmond.

Tariff range is seasonable : December - April : $200.00 ( 2 guests) Minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
April - December : $180.00 - $190.00 ( 2 guests). Minimum stay of 3 nights is required. We may take a 2 night booking if bookings allow.
Extra guests are $25.00 per person.
